YOUTH SPORTS

Davenport Parks and Recreation Youth Sports is a recreational sports program run voluntarily by parents and other community members, provides a quality program that is open to all boys and girls, Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade, in the Quad Cities. It is geared toward the player, with emphasis on teaching the rules and fundamentals of the game. We strive to encourage growth through learning, stress sportsmanship and the importance of being part of a team.

ADULT SPORTS & LEAGUES

Playing sports is an excellent way to have fun! But did you know that sports also have many other benefits? Physical benefits such as staying in shape and maintaining a healthy body image. Social benefits including spending time with friends and making new ones. Personal benefits like stress relief, increasing self discipline and learning healthy habits. Every different sport has something new to teach us.

Sports leagues are aimed at youth and adults interested in recreational play that is fun and competitive. Registration is on a per team basis with a team manager being the main point of contact. Sports offered include soccer (indoor and outdoor), Volleyball, Softball, and Bags!
