Davenport has an electronic plan review (E-Plan) process to allow project applicants and City staff to initiate and complete the building and land development plan submission, review, and approval process online. Electronic plan submission is required for all large/complex projects which require submission of site plans. However, simpler project applications, which do not require submission of site plans, may still be submitted using our paper-based process by mailing or submitting applications directly to Development & Neighborhood Services.
