The City of Davenport as the local authority has the responsibility for approving all liquor, wine and beer permits for submission to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division for issuance. 

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing a beer, wine, or liquor license application from the time all documents are submitted until the license certificate is issued by the State of Iowa.
