April 4, 2025 - Beginning Monday, April 7, the Iowa DOT will begin bridge rehabilitation work on the Harrison St Bridge over Duck Creek. Rehabilitation work will reduce travel to two lanes between W 35th and W 32nd Streets. 🏃♀️🚴Work will start with the installation of a temporary connection to the Duck Creek Recreational Trail. The Duck Creek Recreational Trail will then be closed under the bridge, and will be rerouted across Harrison St with the use of a temporary pedestrian signal. ‼The Iowa DOT estimates work will be complete in November.
