Would you like to have your city utility bill paid automatically from your checking account?

 

If you have not already signed up, print and complete the attached form and mail it along with a voided check to the address printed on the card. You will then be enrolled and your next utility payment will be paid automatically. You will still receive you statement during your regular cycle that states the amount you paid.

If you are currently signed up for ACH and would like to discontinue this service, please contact the Revenue Division at (563) 326-7707 or [email protected] before the due date of your invoice. To update banking information, please submit a new sign up form and voided check to the Revenue Division at 226 W 4th Street, Davenport, IA 52801. 

If you have a current utility bill you must pay that either by check or through the on-line payment system. Your automatic payment request will be processed and will be activated for the following billing cycle.
