The Davenport Commercial DREAM Project is a commercial corridor restoration project that works to inspire a renewed interest in the unique architecture and character found in the City of Davenport's distressed commercial areas. We know that the restoration of one commercial building can lead to the rebuilding and engagement of an entire business area.

Through The Davenport Commercial DREAM Project, grant funding is available to help strengthen and revitalize older corridors by investing and improving distressed commercial buildings in the following areas:

Iowa & Locust Commercial Dream Project Area
Rockingham Commercial Dream Project Area
Washington Street Commercial Dream Project Area
West Downtown Commercial Dream Project Area
