Electronic Plan Review

E-Plan Review Banner Image

E-Plan is the web-based system the City of Davenport uses to process proposed building and land development projects.

The system provides streamlined processing of applications received, and facilitates communication between applicants and staff.

  1. Submit plans and application(s).
  2. Staff review and applicant correspondence.
  3. Upon approval, applicant receives information on next steps: required permits, inspections, etc.

Please note:

  • Only unsecured Portable Document Format (PDF) files are acceptable.
  • Drawing files must be uploaded as individual vector based PDF files. Non-drawing files, such as reports and calculations, must be multiple page searchable PDF files.
  • Revised files shall have the exact same file name.
  • Document files names shall not exceed 100 characters and shall not contain a “.” in the file name.
  • A Design Scoring form must be completed and uploaded along with your plan files via the e-plan portal for all new home construction.  Click here to download the Design Scoring form
