Each year following an election cycle, the incoming City Council establishes policy level goals that are then implemented through the adoption of the City Administrator's workplan. These goals and workplan items are connected back to the City's six key pillar areas. This process reflects and pairs the City Council's policy level drivers and goals with actionable results implemented by the City's leadership team through the annual workplan.
